ORPHANIMO!!

ORPHANIMO!! Is a COMICS SERIES for youngsters and those who still FEEL young. We do not like forgettable characters, so we try not to write them in. And ORPHANIMO!! Looks different from most comics, too...

ORPHANIMO!! Is a SERIES : each episode is a separate story, but in itself also part of the greater picture. The story grows... and so does the tension and excitement.
In the mean time, we look back into time. (See : about the flashbacks)

What does 'Orphanimo' mean?

ORPHANIMO!! Is the orphans’ battle cry.

Alices boyfriend Jimjim (Jeremy Jameson), who is reported ‘missing’ since 1970, used to scream ‘Geronimo!!’ when he and his friends sailed out to fight polluters at sea*.
To honour him, the five orphans (Vic, Trish, Jayjay, Sharp and Grigri) have adapted ‘Geronimo!!’ into ‘Orphanimo!!’

ORPHANIMO!! Is SHAMELESSLY ROMANTIC. Alice cannot forget her boyfriend Jimjim (see picture above), who has been reported ‘missing’ for 30 years. And the water is too deep between Bruno and Praline... But things can change rapidly, of course.

ORPHANIMO!! Is an ACTION SERIES. The orphans are forced into action and reaction more and more often, and little gadgets and smart technology help them in the resistance against Hari.

ORPHANIMO!! Is here for EVERYONE. Get into the queue, because everybody in your house will want the latest copy of ORPHANIMO!! Little inside jokes flavour the proceedings for the parents. (The White Album, anyone ? Bruno singing the chorus ‘A Hard Days’ Night’ after a night working like a dog...)

ORPHANIMO!! Refuses to come to a standstill. That is why we WILL MOVE to a new location and situation after episode 6. A big surprise awaits you. Episode 7 will feature new horizons, new adventures ahead for Trish, Grigri, Sharp, Vic, JayJay and Alice. And everybody else, really. Hang on !
